This is a 7000# Platinum™ series lift “Boat House” lift featuring kicked cradles that we installed after we completed this dock and boat house in Melbourne Beach. The structural roof beams were upgraded to support the suspension of the lift by a bracket system, thus eliminating the need for top beams for the lift. A great alterative when width allowances might be restricted.

Below are some examples of different bunk configurations for different hull designs.

Some of our specialized installations consist of this 40000#, 8 post, four motor cradle lift with keel support featuring E-drive worm gears, stainless steel wash down motors and remote control with auto stop. We constructed this 52’x 22’ boathouse to accommodate a custom fit for this vessel.

This is one of our 16000# elevator lift installations featuring optional E-drive worm gears, stainless steel wash down motors and an optional cradle mounted catwalk allowing outside access for wash down and servicing.

This Land And Sea Marine elevator lift installation is also featured in the 2006 IMM™ brochure.

Land And Sea Marine provides PWC lifts to accommodate one craft or two. They can be installed to order including a rotating lift or a stationary lift.

All come with all aluminum structures including the drive gear back plate. A convenient and hassle free solution to regular use and maintenance of your PWC.

This photo above shows the IMM™ shallow water or “kicked” cradle. This allows the center to extend below the ends, which can be very helpful in a low water situation.

We set up this 16,000# Platinum Series lift for a sailboat with a center keel support, spreader bars and hull stanchions.

This is a 7000# Select™ series lift “Boat House” lift featuring chain drives, manual Bonita switch box and carpeted wood bunks. A high quality, economical option with fewer premium features than the Platinum Series lift.
