This is a new dock and boathouse including a terminal platform with seating, PreservePlus™ Tropical decking, canoe launch, and security gate on Tropical Tr. In Merritt Island. All pilings on this dock were drilled through the Coquina rock stratum to reach proper embedment. It also features an 8000# Platinum Series lift from IMM Boatlifts.
